General conditions Gutman Records
When you place an order in the Gutman Records webshop, we check all information and if everything is in order you will receive a confirmation electronically. Only after this confirmation will an agreement come into existence between you and Stichting Gutman Records, under the condition precedent of sufficient availability of the goods ordered by you.
You are allowed to rescind the agreement. However, if you want to rescind, you must do so within fourteen days after receipt of the goods you ordered. But you can only rescind if you return the received goods without defects (and, in case of CD’s or LP’s, with undamaged sealing), and in its original packaging to us. You must be able to show this, for example with a proof of dispatch. After receipt and after we have checked whether the goods are undamaged, we will return your payment to you within fourteen days, through the same means that you used for your payment.
We aim to dispatch your order within five days. In case we need more time, or in case (some or all of) your order cannot be delivered, we will notify you as soon as possible.
If you are not satisfied with your order, you can always contact us. We shall try to solve the problem to your satisfaction.
The agreement between you and us is governed by Dutch law; the Vienna Convention (UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods) is explicitly excluded. In the event that a dispute arises that cannot be resolved amicably, the Amsterdam court has exclusive jurisdiction.
